i dont really think hes worried about a full house, hes just worried about extracting the most. this is a tough spot, because if he's as aggro as you say, its most likely that he probably has air here. tough spot, but i like a reraise here the best.

This is the last hand before the second break, and the majority of the players folded and then left the table to go on break. There are only 4 players actually at the table, and its folded to a loose-aggressive, young player in the CO who raises to $300 at the 50/100 level. I reraise him to $1200 with A7sp. I did this because he was raising a lot and I thought he was just trying to pick up the last pot before the break, plus I have a tight image, and I think most of the time he will give up his mediocre hands he is raising with pretty easily.

He calls after about 10 seconds.

The flop comes T83 all spades. I have about 20k and he has me covered. I lead for $1300 and he instantly calls. The turn is the 10 of clubs. I bet again, this time $2500. He thinks for little then raises to $6000 total.

I am not quite sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions?

I go all-in.

Prefer call and get it in on river to a reraise.

unless you think he's bluffing riv a huge % of the time, this is just not good

we 3bet pf

flop is T high

turn is a T

if he has a T, he is stacking off. if he has some goofy overpair, he is probably stacking off. if he has a flush, he is stacking off. if he has a big draw, he is probably stacking off.

so we're waiting until the river, why?

Bluffing sometimes and I'm worried (maybe too much) that he'd fold a ten.

I think if you always shoved over a raise on the turn when you are confident you have the best hand, you'd be making a mistake very rarely.

probably been said already but your line looks nothing like spades and so much more like hands that can be pushed off this this type of board. plus the fact that a naked ten could be pushing you for value. i can't fold here.

lol at this quote and your location given your most recent thread. that's all i have to say. this turn might be a shove (though i prefer call and check river vs anyone decent who can fold a T) but this is just hilarious to me.

Congrats in WCOOP.

I'm almost ashamed for reraising u with AQ (my wife was yelling at me for a week).

If u r unwilling to see the river (for another 100XBB), then u should probably ch/call the turn; and c/call the river to keep the pot smaller.

If ur not going to fold the river, then I think it's better to bet then push the turn because alot of hands (combo hands) that are behind u will call here and might not call on the river.

If u hav a survival style (underrepresent ur cards and fold alot) then attempting to resteal 200XBB deep OOP with a weak ace is a terrible idea.
