1. You make it clear to Ty that you've had enough of this [censored] and aren't going to deal with it anymore, and it's up to him to make it clear to her that she isn't welcome in your place anymore, period. My guess is that you've already tried this.
If that fails, 2. Tell Ty that you're going to take advantage of any and all recourses you mentioned in the post if he doesn't kick her out. If that fails, 3. Ty is a [censored] friend and you take advantage of any and all recourses you mentioned in the post.
