Re: Hello, Micro-Limit Hold\'em!
Everything looks fine to me.
I'd pay off the river to see if he had A9 or what went with the J. Hard to imagine he's bluffing, but I've seen people bluff at the flopped A and fire again on the River trying to induce a fold from a weak tight. |

Re: Hello, Micro-Limit Hold\'em!
Assume your villain is:
1.) L-P 2.) TAG 3.) LAG Are you able to lay this hand down in any of those situations? If not, what's your play and why? I find myself playing the same no matter what my read is, and I know it's a mistake. >_< |

Usually, I think that it will probably be best for you to call down though. A L-P could easily be overplaying something like a weak Ax that they now think is best. Even LP's bet or raise occassionally. I would not have expected a TAG to raise this turn. I would have thought it would have made more sense for the TAG to call down from your turn bet if they had Ax, rather than raise. Anyway, I would be suspicious if a TAG raised this turn, so I would still call down. Against a LAG, I would not think twice about calling down from the turn raise. |

Re: Hello, Micro-Limit Hold\'em!
Thanks for the input guys. I'll fix the n00b mistakes next time around. Results for this hand went better than expected--regardless, hands like this seem to be the difference from a winning session and a losing session.
