Trip report? With pictures, obviously. Bonus points if your waitress could eat a T-bone through a tennis racquet.

omg!! what the hell is the matter with you??
If you live in a region where they have Waffle House's isn't it frequently considered a crime in many states to have never eaten there?

Texas-Melt Bacon, Egg and Cheese
double hashbrowns diced and capped (tomatoes and mushrooms)
Hell's Yeah!!!

Stopped off with GF and her family at a Waffle House on group road-trip/vacation to Florida.
Her Mom went NUTS for Waffle House.
When she was back in Peru she told her daughter that upon her return to the U.S. the first thing she wanted to do was go to Waffle House again.

1. Order cheese-steak omelet plate, scattered smothered capped.

2. When the food arrives, cut all the food into bite-sized pieces.

3. Mix well (omelet with hashbrowns).

4. Enjoy.

(Even though I appreciate the artist's intent when he made the waffle pic super-huge, I'm still going to nit about the way it louses up the thread.)

Nearest Waffle House is in Allentown, PA. Will need to find something worthwhile nearby to do to justify this trip.

There don't appear to be any in the NY/NJ area. There are a few in PA, though, so I'll investigate further.
