Call. Occasionally this will be AA-KK but it's fairly rare.

Easy call. If you call and he shows AA/KK... oh well, he got paid off with his big hand. You'll have him crushed probably 50% of the time and the other 45% it's prob a coinflip against his pocket 4s. This is a 4/180... there is almost no real reasonable play until you start getting to about 40 people or less left.

But, if you luck is like mine, he'll have something like A10 and hit a straight on the flop .

Easy push in the 180s. All day and everyday.
