Oddly I think this is a vindication that communication with management is the solution, not withholding tips. Nobody will every change without knowing there is a concern that change is needed. [/ QUOTE ] Ok, ok. I know that's what you told me. So, I did it ass-backwards and went overboard a bit. But I'll point out again that I don't think I'd have gotten the response I did w/o that thread and the contributions in it. It worked much better than the times that I'd made personal complaints to the management. To be completely fair, though, I never did go to the room manager himself who knows me pretty well and knows my posting name. That was something I should've done first. |
