I'm in the same boat with 2 separate bonuses ($200 and $70) which I have enough points to clear them but are not showing up in my account as finished. I have written about 5 emails and made 2 phone calls. They have given me the run around and after my last phone call I was promised an email the next day with the final resolution to my problem.
They of course did not get back to me yet again so I will be withdrawing my balance and never playing there again. |

My full 200 bonus has been creditted some time today 5 days/ 4 emails after it should have been. At least its there now, though im not impressed at all.

I am VERY furious ... i made a $750 "Christmas" deposit for $75. 750 points were required, and when I reached around 670 the "point calculation" system stopped working. I kept playing a couple of more hours so there is no doubt that I reaced the target. But ... points are not counted. Numerous emails Numerous promises NADA Nothing Bonus has expired :-( |

I finally got mine. It still took 18 days or something which sucks!
I won't play there again, you can try if you want to. The bonus should now be released automically again. If not bug them like every day and maybe something happens. |
