A SS limps, you raise and BB could be 3b w/ TT+,AJ+ and probably more.
I would push for value but he hope he thinks we are just trying to isolate with dead money in the pot.

I would raise it up to $4.50 and probably fold to a push from BB. Chances are your RR will scare away BB and you will go HU w/ UTG. If BB pushes then I reckon you're beat more often that not.
