Default QQ vs TAG in reraised pot - intersting turn card

villain is a multitabling TAG, probaly a 2p2er. he runs 16/14/4 over hundreds of hands. hasnt been very aggro out of the blinds so far, but probably realizes that ive been opening a ton of hands from the CO and button. we havnt tangled much post flop so far, as one of us has either taken down the pot PF or on the flop.

BB bets $17.00, Hero calls $17.00
sometimes i raise here but i decided to just call planning to get it on any non-A turn, figuring he would usually bet a blank turn with all of his range.
thoughts?

Turn: ($58.50) 8 (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero????

hmm interesting turn... his check looks like hes scared of this board considering how aggro hes been so far. but if i shove, is for value vs JJ/AK/AQ/draws, or am i hoping to fold out AA/KK?

also, all pairs 55-TT now beat me BUT they also beat AA and KK (not to mention ANY sc's that i could have called a reraise with)...

so whats the play?
