How confident should be be that they took the initiative to compensate everyone affected by this, even those who did not contact support to complain?

How could this not be a big deal???
If there is some loop hole in their programming that allows this to happen then IT IS a problem. Not that it would ever happen and not get reported to them, but it still speaks to the overall integrity of games on UB...

Even if somehow this guy (the mysterious "observer") had a hand where he busted out earlier on and UB accidently through some flaw left him on the table with what he started the hand with or something... it still makes me kinda leery of UB, especially with no explanation and the notion from some that this may not be the first time.

I'm going to email them and try to get an explanation for what happened. Will post.

LOL, I wrote them so many emails that they actually gave me the difference between 3rd and 2nd place twice.

Unfortunately they realized this a few hours later and took it back.

... in other news, still waiting for the explanation

So, any suggestions on what I should do, besides the email I've already sent?

Next time you run into Phil Helmuth punch him in the eye.

Did everyone see that commercial with Phil awhile back where they staged that he really did get punched in the eye by UB players? It was apart of the whole "faster servers" ads that UB has been putting out. This thread just makes seeing Hellmuth with a shiner even more funny, even though it was fake...
