The % of players who don't know the difference between a set and trips annoys the crap out of me.
Even freaking Harrington in the HoH book uses the terms interchangably, bothers the crap out of me. If you want to use the long winded "three of a kind" that's fine, that covers both scenarios, however considering a set and trips are VASTLY different hands in terms of strength/deception/profit, that's why the terminology exists. Not knowing this is akin to not knowing the hand rankings IMHO. In summary, uh... did anyone see those hot Jessica Alba pics I posted in Laughs and Links?
