There are a few things ppl used to do that tilted me a lot. im talkin about donkey moves such as; minraise every button HU, minraise every button 6-max, instaminraise every c-bet, lead for 20% pot size & call a raise every street w/ 3rd pair etc.
After a few weeks I started doing a lot of this [censored] myself. Using it more wisely then the donks does wonders.

there are some very good hu players that minraise their bn pretty much every time, minraising c-bets against certain taggs is incredibly profitable (the type that c-bets 100% and calls a raise with 10%), etc.

its even worse when u decide to double barrel the turn after you've picked up a 12-15 out draw, get min raised and have to fold (after missing obv) to his like 1/4 bet push on the river

man oh man this is superserious tilt. the check-minraise is bad enough, but the instacheckminraise, I am sure there are times where I would have bludgeoned the person to death if we were in the same room.
