i wish to bet that ive been runnin worse (and probably thru more hands), and i assure u that this hand is a huge leak (starting from pf, then to ur mindset).

just play poker =)

I suggest moving down to regain some confidence, where the money matters less so you can think more clearly and you can feel better about making the right decisions.

Sure, but not to any extent where I make such horrendously -EV folds. If anything, tilting would make me want to get it in here even more. The bottom line is, you shouldn't be playing this paranoid, either move down or take some time off.

[/ QUOTE ] just remember that the cards don't know what happened in the past and you won't be paranoid anymore. If it makes you play worse(more passive) then you're tilting and should take a break or move down a level.
