I was thinking about this today. The more I think about it the more I think this is correct especially at the low limits.

FWIW I mostly open limp with A2xx from EP in 6max where the ace is suited. You want people coming in with worse lows and especially worse flush draws because those are the people who will pay you off. What's the point of being heads up with A2 and a weak high hand? You're not going to win a very big pot.

I also like keeping the pots relatively small early when I have to play in the middle positions. If I raise pre and the button calls as well as one or two blinds then I have to play a big pot from crappy position and might get quartered and stuck between two raisers.
