Flop is fine with another player left to act, although I'd probably lead and hope to trap him inbetween. I agree 100% with aditya, two-pair hands comprise the majority of his range but I don't see him calling off the rest with them, so betting river really doesn't seem all that profitable. I would c/c.

Lead the flop, or raise it as played. C/C river is good.
