Re: calling stations
I only c-bet HU 100% and 3 way 80% depending on the flop. I lose 2bets every time I miss and lose the small pots. It really adds up. I guess I gotta find some balance and just play more tight/weak when I miss. What about limping in more preflop? It doesnt make much sense to raise small equity hands like KJ AT. AA-88 AK AQ AJ KQ are still good enough though. So heres my goal: Win my standard with AA-88 and take A high to showdown more (AK AQ AJ). Lose less with KQ-JT AT-A8. Since these play like multiway full ring I should limp a lot right? Any pair, J9s+, Q8s+, K8s+. Sorry if it was a bit BBV but this was really meant to be a serious strategy based question. I ve had 100bet days there when I managed to play well/run good 4tabling all day. What do u do when you lose your confidence and stop caring/thinking and feel like every play is -EV? I think I just need a break and read some poker books, relax.
Edit: the games i m talking about are 3/6 5/10 and most players are 40-60/5-10/1 + some good TAGs and a few losing lagtards 60/40/3 |

Re: calling stations
With a VP$IP of 60-70% and above i think you can limp some with multiway hands. You play pretty much regular small stakes Fullring game at those tables. Play as in fullring supposed first 3-4 players fold. This makes you limp some UTG and UTG+1 and maybe even MP, CO and BTN you raise any starting hand. I think this thread is really good btw...
