Ok, this is not a good flop for you, but if you fold turn without having shown any strenght, you def have to 4bet.

[/ QUOTE ]

i agree there totally and should have preflop.

stacking off on this flop for 250bb's vs. a nit is disgustingly bad.

a fair rr range is {TT+, AKs, AKo}. we dont really do that well v that range, esp v the range that gets it in on the flop 250 deep.

Even if I only called preflop (which I would not do), I would not raise the flop. I think it's good that you ran out of time and hit call. Are you trying to get value from hands like AQ/JJ? You might end up folding JJ correctly and just setting yourself up to get [censored] by QQ. I think the turn is close, but I think I like the fold. If I do call the turn, I'm not calling a sizable river bet. But honestly, it looks like he really likes he's hand.

J Well, this guy was so nitty that he never 3 bet from the blinds for as long as i have played with him (800 hands or so) so i didnt give him TT....plus when he fires flop and then fires almost pot on the turn, that tells me hes ready to stack off.

I just figured that once i got to the turn in this manner, now it was a fairly clear fold. Had i raised the flop 3x or so and he pushed i would have folded cause this guy cannot be given a combo draw here. He never pressed draws even in position ever.

The real reason for the thread is the villains total nittiness, aggro OOP preflop as well as a Queen high flop and strong turn bet indicating to me that in this isolated incident, i am crushed.
