The flop raise is only to get a cheap showdown the times he has A9, A7-A2 or 89/9T or something like that and finally to punish villain for playing a draw like this if he is. Then again... that's only J9 and 79 (who risks being raised with these?).

On this turn you beat only very weak aces and 9T or the drawing hands. With two opponents still interested I think you should have folded here.

This just completed the straight (and very unlikely Q9).
The J9 just made a pair but wouldn't want action. This is worse than the turn... fold.
