Re: 8/16 live, AQs
I thought about it, read some comments, I do think I probably shoulda paid off here.
By LAG I don't mean ubar like 50/30 type stats. I put his 3bet range on pretty much anything that a normal TAG should raise with (AK-AT, KQ-KJ, AA-99) -- this was roughly what I was seeing most around the table. Against that range I think I'm losing a huge portion of time, but I think it might have been worth it since it's possible he 3bet me with less. |

Re: 8/16 live, AQs
the problem with this post aK imo is that if this was online you would never consider folding the river.
live often the river fold is fine. but without providing the solid reads that you have in live play, we are basically forced to comment on this as if it were an online hand |

Re: 8/16 live, AQs
HU and in position vs a probable retard I would think A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] is a cap
as played I don't mind the call down ... I can't see myself folding the river either (there are still a number of hand you are ahead of and retards will just bet bet bet - do they ever look at the board?) |

Yeah, I know.
I'm convinced I shoulda called regardless here. The reason I call/call/call btw is modified WA/WB in position. |
