bet/folding is a completely fine line imo, he's calling with draws and tens, probably not raising with them.

as for the case for b/c, he'd need to be aggro for me to call, but with your own image desc a call can't be that bad.

Yeah, it is like saying why did you raise pre if you gonna fold to a 3b? Maybe we didn't know the action before it happened.
