I have the second best hand pf and the Ace flops in a 4 way pot. I mean its not the end of the world, but yes I do consider that running bad if it happens 2 or 3 times a session

its not running bad if the hand is ridiculously easy to get away from. if a10 overbet pushes preflop and u call and lose thats running bad.
