Personally i think the words cheap and tattoo should never be used in the same sentence. But if the artist is talented that's a different story. I'd re-evaluate the tattoo for a laugh idea. Just remember these words I heard from some comedian "ok i can understand a wife and kids--but a tattoo? they're so permanent."
I have 1 tattoo-- a dragon that covers about 20% of my body but I'd be hard-pressed to give a recommendation..it's just a very personal thing.

Shant,
The thing about funny tattoos is how long will it stay funny, cuz it will stay on you forever. I'd go chest area because forearm tattoos bore me. Maybe you should consider an ass tattoo.

How sbout a thermometer motif on your dick.
You can tell the ladies that they look a bit hot, and you need to take their temperature, and ask em which orifice they prefer [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Actually, I think I'll get this done at the weekend...

If you have to ask a internet message board what you should get tatooed on your body the only thing I can think of is.
n00b Right on the forehead. For the record I love Ink and am planning on getting some work done when I finish with my weight loss goals, but seriously get something that means something to you, a joke is only funny for so long. Like stevo's "your name" on his asscheek, pretty funny when you are drunk, but remember that it will be there for all time.
