getting ai vs flush draw + pair or set is pretty bad. even getting ai vs naked flush draw or 1 pair is bad.

they'll fold alot. obv im not thrilled about calling an ai, but we'll have to.

What is your plan if you check? Shoving over a bet? Calling? Folding?

This is a good flop to bet, not just because we actually have a solid semibluff but midpairs are going to be in a very tough spot on this board and will likely fold to a bet, and midpairs make up a lot of both their ranges. A reasonable bet will commit us to calling a shove, but so be it.

Last year, I'd b/c and hit a 2s on the turn like half the time vs. KKK.

This year, I'd b/c and 7-8o would scoop when the board went 4, 4.

Bet/Call looks good here. You have considerable fold equity against a lot of their range (77 thru TT, etc), and will be getting considerable odds to call an AI if we lead.
