guys, i've thought about this with multiple thinking players, and the turn check is far from bad.

if there are 5 thinking players involved in this hand fold pf and sit out and find a better 2/4 table ffs. and then bet the turn anyway because even a thinking player isnt folding 64 here.

wouldnt a thinking player stack more easily with 46 if I raise his river vbet after checking turn tho?

The fact that you are BN makes your flop bet on this board look FOS. Thus the value in a turn bet. Not to mention that alot of SB/CO floating range contains an A and a lot of your BN range does not, thus making you look even more FOS resulting in loose calls and smiles all around (well, for you anyhow).

and jloc, i am aware that my BN bet looks FOS, it was intended to get a reg's call. and it did, but the fishy tagged along, which is why i slowed down. i mean sure, he'll call with an A on the turn, but won't he also call a raise on most rivers ?
