Calling flop is the worst option. Either raise/push or fold. You're not going to improve post-flop while he might, and give his flop bet size he's not going to give in to you.

pushing is bad every better hand calls every worse folds

but if the turn is a card from 2 to T he might fire another bullet


folding is a option too

Not exactly. Compare the EV of pushing the flop and making every non-J hand fold(many of which are better than your hand), and the EV of calling with a hand that can't improve, thereby allowing the LAG to fire another big barrel on the turn forcing you to fold.
