Calling flop is the worst option. Either raise/push or fold. You're not going to improve post-flop while he might, and give his flop bet size he's not going to give in to you.

Compare the EV of pushing the flop and making every non-J hand fold(many of which are better than your hand), and the EV of calling with a hand that can't improve, thereby allowing the LAG to fire another big barrel on the turn forcing you to fold. |
