try this - dont only remember the hands u get owned on, store in your memory the lucky hands you have and the winning streaks you have in the future so when a bad streak comes you wont think you cant win.

if you seriously think you are a hopeless loser, then you will become one. you will become satisfied with your losing sessions because you will expect it.
