Re: Trapping with unimproved AK Postlop
Does your opinion change about the play if I tell you I'm the villain in the hand and I have 9To?

Re: Trapping with unimproved AK Postlop
Well for one, you have to shove PF, you realize he has any two right? So you have no idea what missed him or hit him, which again means you have to shove the flop. Leading PF puts you in a terrible spot, if he calls your most likely beat, if he raises what do you do. Not shoving PF, just makes this is a disaster.

Re: Trapping with unimproved AK Postlop
Just out of interest, which is better, AKo vs [2 random cards] pre-flop or AcKd vs [2 random cards] on a flop of 8c 3d 3c ? Results in white, but take a guess first.
AKo v 2 random, preflop : 65.3% AcKd v 2 random, flop 8c 3c 3c : 62.3% |

Re: Trapping with unimproved AK Postlop
Out of curiosity, are you planning to fold AK on any flop or were you always felting it regardless? Seems pretty bad to say the least anyway.
