"If I just call the odds on the river will be about 3:1 and I dont think its possible to fold even unimproved."

Why?

"To me this seems so close as to not really matter."

So lazy.

I would guess that he has your hand beat the moment and would fold an unimproved river. The board is very scary and I am sure that he is not bluffing here, especially with ur read that he doesnt bluff often. I think the best way to play the hand is to see the river and only put the rest in if you improve

I def think you're beat, but you have some nice outs- ur like 30% to the river against hands like QT or somethin (10% to fill up 20% for flush draw). If you don't like variance then probably Std fold. I don't think AQ is doin this... I think QT, but more likely 44. Besides if river heart, K, or J comes, I think villian is pot committed to call a shove. I like smooth call or fold here. This is like NEVER bluff, and smooth call can save you money if you miss river.

He had Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] for the nut straight. I think I coulda just called the raise and mucked a blank river, not sure if thats the best way though. Comments on the hand is still welcome.

I think your FE is 0 and I don't think you usually have the best hand.

This is where we disagree

Yeah, against this guy we're never good when he shoves river. And how often do we get to draw to a boat and flush at the same time! His most likely hands are offcourse QT and 44.
