I voted Chipotle because I've had/heard of it, idk wtf Qdoba is.

Chipotle has way better carnitas and barbacoa. Qdoba has a lot more options for how to build a burrito: queso, mole, and a whole bunch of other stuff that chipotle doesn't have. Chipotle is really good, but qdoba is good for the additional variety.
