Re: 2/4 - River decision.. check/call or bet/fold?
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] not ck/r-ing the flop in hand 1 is a leak. At 2/4 b/f is fine on river. [/ QUOTE ] On a draw heavy board I'm always hesitant to c/r because I'm scared he'll check behind. But yeah in this case since he was the PF raiser, I definitely see I'm missing some value. You guys are saying it's worth the risk though huh? I'll have to reconsider. Thanks. [/ QUOTE ] In my experience villain never checks behind. I have no idea why you would think he might check it through. [/ QUOTE ] Are you saying that because villain is the PF raiser? Or are you saying ANY villain in this situation is going to bet? |

Re: 2/4 - River decision.. check/call or bet/fold?
yeah, i'm not quite sure why you think anyone checks behind there. this gets bet 99% of the time. literally. (he might check if he hit a set...it's a tarp!!) in fact, he probably bets >90% of the time even if he just limped pf
