Most people posting on this forum are probably not bonus banned yet so wouldn't need to worry about this.
If they do ban from bonuses usually they will give one final withdrawal on entire balance. If you can't get one keep call short, call back the next day during a different shift and try again. If you were anticipating free withdrawal via fed ex then are being asked to pay $60 then usually filing a complaint with a good watchdog will be enough to get the free withdrawal (thats kind of last resort though).
In any case, 95% of all cases the final result will not be eating the $60 if handled well.
