Re: Niagara WPT: I have Trips, What is he calling me with?
I'd c/f, unless the river bet is so tiny that you have to call. I think his range is comprised of 0 hands that you can beat here.

Re: Niagara WPT: I have Trips, What is he calling me with?
I think preflop is pretty bad, but would be standard on the button. I would check call the turn. I have no idea about the river. Don't mind c/f or b/f
Edit: NYWalker why don't you think he can have 88-TT preflop? |

[ QUOTE ]
NYWalker, why don't you think he can have 88-TT preflop? [/ QUOTE ] Good question. TT, 88 can be in his range. Live players like hero described fold 88 a lot to 3-bet. They also don't normally raise 88 pf to 250, instead, they raise less to 175 or just limp. Since villain is at CO, I think he can raise 88 to 250 there. That's why I say 88 can be in his range. TT/JJ is eliminated from his range after he calls the turn. He's expecting hero to bet 2000 - 2500 or so at the river and he would raise. If we check the river we would expect him bet 1/2 pot or 2.5k - 3k for value. |
