Wouldn't people that know you IRL, well enough that you'd care , know that you have 3 gfs?

Easy. Just be honest. You don't really care that she likes you the most, because you're not looking for a relationship. Besides, if you're enjoying [censored] [censored] in the [censored] while the other [censored] as much as you seem to be (nice job, sir), there's no way you're giving that up. And since she isn't giving it up either, who cares. I'd bet she's trying to "semi-reform" from a wild streak, and if you wait her out/make her like you enough, she'll probably [censored] [censored] you too. Good girl is a very relative term these days.

Go with a combo of #3 and #4.

I was in the same boat after my divorce. Whenever a girl started demanding exclusivity, I just told her I wasn't "ready for that" just yet and ignored her for a few weeks. Then I'd call her up and tell her I missed her and it would be back on again.

I hate this crap when well known posters make a new account to ask a question about their lives. Ususally they're the self same posters who are the first to dump on sombody who posts the same sort of stuff under their regular name.

OP, in answer to your question, obviously lie because you're a gutless hyprocrite and thus this should come easiest to you.

I further put forward the idea that in the future anyone who pulls this same nonsense gets temp-banned for a week, thus making it easy to deduce who the individual is.

Yes, I got out of the wrong side of bed this morning.
