Question? Lets say my Bank acct was no longer valid, could i change my banking information and name to a friends bank info that already has a neteller acccount with out any type of problems? It look like they just want to get this money out.

Yeah I got the same message, they are telling me I need to request that my account be reopened to uswithdrawals@neteller.com

I have yet to receive a reply.

I got the email but it was after I requested the funds.
