another thing you can do is add some very calorie dense foods in...2 tbsp on peanut butter is 200cals, same for a handful of nuts/almonds/cashers/walnuts etc...milk also has a lot of cals...

Dude,

If you want to go the chemical route, you can def gain a ton of weight. I know a guy from college that was almost as skinny as you and is now huge. Check out elitefitness.com and post your situation there...

Haha, yeah, this is definitely letting me know how clueless I am to the nutritional value in the foods I eat.

I'm definitely on par for >2k calories today, but for someone with a metabolism like mine, I'm sure i'll have to eat a toaster or something on top of that if I expect to gain anything.

Thx for the links guys - documenting my foods/etc may be what I need to get moving in the right direction.

Do you smoke weed? I know a lot of guys who smoke a lot and are also fairly skinny. I think the two are def. correlated.

Milk/peanutbutter are regular snacks for me. Sliced up apple w/ crunchy peanutbutter is one of my favs.

I'll pick up a big bag of nuts next time I'm at the grocery store as well.

LOL at 2k cals.

Seriously, I wouldn't post until you start eating 4k+ a day and have confirmed with an actual doctor you don't have a medical problem.

maybe I can bump it to 3k today, but more than that would likely be a mistake
