I usually fold both preflop and on the flop. I don't think calling a taggy player's pfr from UTG in MP is fine, raising the flop is ok if you know villain has a high c-bet-frequency though.

I fold preflop. You're being hopeful but there are still 2 ppl who could have position on you.

Calling will put you in spots like this on the flop. Raising is ok, but the spot in general sucks since there is still the world to act behind you.
