i disagree with most others. you're right abs -- his range of 3-betting hands PF that raise the river with are all hands with the As. nearly all bad players will not raise the river with a hand like TsTx. the only reason im calling is the chance of a pure bluff raise. also, A2 is not outside the realm of possibility.

Aggro players will definitely raise with a lower spade or none at all so definitely call. If you are truly considering folding why not check?
