Re: 3/6 TT vs lag
I like a fold. Seems like a pretty standard ugly OOP with a weak overpair spot where you're never going to get in as a big favorite, either you're flipping with a pair+draw or way behind already. If you or he was short, it would be a dif story, but with full+ stacks just muck. Calling is very bad, 3betting is really bad. Just wait for a better spot.

Re: 3/6 TT vs lag
soros has been stuck at 3/6 forever and never has been able to make the move to 5/10, right?

Re: 3/6 TT vs lag
he played 5/10 (maybe even some 10/20) forever and is now at 3/6, i think.
i would probably just fold this. also, seems like there's no way he's felting a8 here. |

Re: 3/6 TT vs lag
I absolutely expect Soros to felt A8 here, and also any other combo type straight draw.
Depending on recent history this could be a push or a fold. Calling is bad right? |

Re: 3/6 TT vs lag
Hmm tough spot. I prolly call and see a turn card. Maybe 3-bet though to 300 but he prolly calls/pushes and then your in a tough spot.
