I would guess it has nothing to do with Nevada laws regarding gambling, since Nevada is one of the few States where online gambling is prohibited by law.

If you talk large amount the best way to deposit is by wire to either Stars or FTP. To withdraw - On Stars it's PayTru card, on FTP - by check.
