Not really, but I didn't expect him to have something better either..So I guessed he was bluffing. I always thought a tag wouldn't check twice 2 pairs or higher on a board like this.

on a board like what? what hand is villain afraid of on this board Kx has 5 outs to 2 pair, 0 outs to a set, a FD has 9 outs to 2 pair 7 to a set.

its just illogical to think people have big draws here on this dry of a board. there is no hand hes needs to charge to protect his hand, esp in a small pot where he wont be going broke if a ugly river hits because the pot is small as it is
