Possible cum/loogy in my burger

visual inspection has yielded nothing so far, but I spit out some body fluid from the night this occured. It was in the wrapper with the burger, but it might have dried up b/c I don't see it now. Still though, there would be traces if an expert did forensic analysis, right?
