hypothetical question. if these guys were middle stakes players and had 5-10k in their accounts, but were caught at .01/.02 colluding, would stars confiscate it all?

For the haters, I know it sucks to be playing this limit but I only had $50 to spare to deposit. I'm sorry if it seems nitty but I just don't have any $, $50 is a lot to me. I'm 14 and my parents won't let me work because I'm supposed to be in school they say.

For what it's worth though, this is the first time I've ever played for real money. I've done pretty well on my investment and I still have a bonus to clear so....
