How do you sleep after making the FT (LC)

i cant sleep because i have not made a final table in a month. That is alot bigger problem.

In any case, instead of dealing with the sleep depravity, I instead just keep telling myself how balla it is that I just outlasted (enter number of runners) to win (enter number of dollars). 90 minutes later when I'm still wired, I simply don't give a [censored].

Plain a simple though, without some sort of external substance (which I am opposed to taking), you're really not going to be able to overcome the adrenaline rush of making a FT.

I'm pretty sure the HC I drink doesn't have any caffeine in it, and it's lo-cal too so sweeteners rather than sugar.

To be fair I've always found it damn hard to find anything other than water to drink in Vegas that isn't loaded to the brim with sugar, caffeine or both so maybe that's it !
