Give it a break.
Even with some of their servers down, Party has more 1/2's and up going than Stars.
Having 1000 players playing .10/.20 doesn't impress me.

Nice, just waited on two waiting lists for about 15 minutes with 2 of my favorite buddies with over 2 buyins... finally #2 and #3 and they both close down... this is fun!!!

I saw this when I was trying to play on Party. My buddy wamplerr was kind enough to host it for me.

It definitally violates the one player to a hand rule.
