3-1 pot odds but are my odds of winning 4-1?

This is usually AA or KK, but it's SB and BB being aggressive in a limped pot, so they could easily put us both on BS and decide their 77 or whatever is the best hand and push. After thinking about it again I think calling is +EV and the longer I look at it the easier of a call it's becoming. If the odds were a little less and we were in an earlier position (like HJ raised and we 3bet from the CO) or if the odds were 2-1, I could find a fold. But getting 2.9-1 I just don't think there's any way we can fold here.
