I've formed 3 companies on my own (ok, 2 with partners - not CPAs or attys though). It's not hard. Non-profit is a little harder, but not that hard. Check a few books out from the library.
I looked into the inet services that charge a hundred or two and they don't really seem to do anything for you other than give you the forms and tell you where to mail them. A business attorney wanted $1200. I don't know how much a CPA would charge or even if they would do this paperwork for you. I've only used CPAs to do taxes. |

Hm... a charity whose specific focus is finding people with problems, and paying to fix them. Perhaps you should call it "The Human Fund."
