What else is in the immediate vicinity?

When you say "on/off the highway", what do you mean? (ie How would you get from driving on the highway to the location? turn off, exit ramp, etc? and how far)

Not remote, but no major cities nearby, but a few small towns.

It is right next to a church, near vacation communities(some housing nearby).

Its not private, it is almost right next to the highway, has a circular turning area in front of the school so people can pull off the highway and drop kids off and get back on the highway.

It was a private(french) school

maybe rent it out for people to have retreats in or something. Market it to schools, groups to come get away for a weekend or something as like a retreat
