start playing 15k hands of 30/25 or 40/35 or something (preferably a limit where you are very comfortable but not like 25NL), and bluffraise a ton. Fire a ton of 2 and 3 barrels, after a while of spewwing you become good at it, and if you go back playing 25/20 or 22/18 or whatever your postflop game will be mucho better. This helped my game alot.

Try to improve you W$WSF, aim to get it at least 40, higher if you can. Look for spots to double or treble barrel more and try not to give up on marginal hands as easily. Don't be afraid to bet weak 1 pair hands on 2 (or 3) steeets against a donk who's calling range is very wide, especially when there are a lot of draws around. Remember to apply this to limped pots as well where certain types of players will often call 1 or 2 streets with bare overcards. This is what I've have been trying to do recently and it has improved my winrate dramatically. Also, I don't know how many tables you play but I cut down from 6 to 4 tables and it certainly helped as you have more time to think about these marginal situations.

I played 8 and cut it down to 4 for exactly that reason. I realy give up to quick, that is the conclusion after talking to some people and reading the comments here.
SO back to the table, looking for spots where to float and double barrel.

loosen up in MP and button, wheel out a few more moves against regs' cbets, improve your understanding of how board textures affect hand ranges (this from your recent triple barrel bluff post) and do a little more betting on the river.

but i've never played $100 so idk.

yeah i did this too and it not only helps your postflop game but it's also a lot of fun ^-^

maybe the cts experiment (raise every hand on co/btn and just try to win the pot unless villain makes it clear he's not folding) can also help?

w$wsf seems low, which basically means don't give up so easily post-flop. c-bet, double barrel, check/raise bluff the flop, bluff raise the flop more often. i used to play 17/15 at 6 max, i got a coach and switched to 23/20 and worked on my post-flop a lot and started winning more.

check raise more instead of cbetting as much

0.28% chance of checkraise after being PFR? terrible.

show those people who float you who is boss

pot control better if you are going to play from the SB. your loss rate in the SB shouldnt be almost equal to your BB loss rate. this can only mean you are in too many marginal spots OOP.
