I think you've got to look at his track record as a player. He's UTG, so he knows he's at a disadvantage, and betting seems really poor or great right now. And the thing that decides that is if he's a solid player.

dude, imo this is some seriously bad advice. First of all, if u raise this flop, numerous draws has the opportunity to push with nice EV + FE when u raise and fold to shove. A high fds / Q high fds. KQ and so on.

If u are ever going to raise this flop, u have to know your opponent is crazy enough to push with worse hands and u are never folding if u do raise. Flop is max a call and turn u are pretty much giving up because he looks to be beating AK
