When I went to Vegas last May, I asked myself the same question, only my question was "Should I buy a utility belt?" I'm not sure why I asked myself that question - perhaps it had something to do with the fact that I had just seen the trailer for Batman Begins. I was too embarassed to ask for advice, so I just went ahead and bought one to be safe. I never imagined how important that utility belt would be. I was playing $5-$10 NL at the MGM grand when I caught quads against an angry drunk's full house. The board was A-5-5-7-9. He threw down his pocket aces in anticipated victory after I called his all in bet, and must have felt I slowrolled him when I turned over my 5-5. Anyways, he lunged at me and began chasing me around the poker room. I ran into the rainforest cafe and climbed a tree, but he kept coming after me. I worked my way to the end of the limb - and fell right into the lion's cage in the lobby! As the lions closed in on me, I closed my eyes in anticipation of my life's end - but WAIT!!! I had my utility belt. Just as Timorah (a 600 lb. lioness) sprung, I shot a grappling hook to the top of the cage and pulled myself to safety. I will never again return to Vegas without a utility belt.

All I can say is this: trust your instict and go with what your heart tells you. You will never regret it.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

I have more than this sitting in my wallet.

This must seriously be a joke, right?

I would start to be even slightly concerned until I got to over $10k. At that point, I'd just get $1k chips and solve that problem. You don't need a box until you are thinking of bringing substantially more than $10k.

Aka:

Put it in your wallet.

If you win, use a rubber band, put it in your pocket.

I know, it's difficult.
